We are open from 8:00am until 6:30pm for you to make an appointment, obtain test results, hand in prescription requests etc.

Unless you have an urgent need for the day please phone in after 11:00 a.m. for a routine appointment.

Your appointment will be with your registered doctor (your doctor’s name is on your NHS medical card); unless they are not in surgery and then if you wish to, you can see another doctor.

Dr Tudor Gwatkin will take over the list of Dr Debney's patients as from the 1st August 2010. Dr Gwatkin will continue to do Appleton Surgery on a Wednesday morning for patients living in the village of Appleton from 8.50am until 10.50am (Last Appointment), by appointment only.

Surgery times will vary between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. in the morning and 3.00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for the afternoon.

We have two GPs available daily for emergency only cover from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Out Of Hours: Weekends & Holidays

In cases of medical emergencies only when the surgery is closed please call the Primary Care Trust's emergency service on 0845 3458995.
