IF YOU REQUIRE INFORMATION OR ADVICE, INCLUDING DENTAL OR PHARMACY INFORMATION, PLEASE CALL NHS DIRECT ON 0845 46 47. We wish to point out that our telephone service for Prescriptions is for those patients who are house-bound due to disability or age. Please post your prescription request to us, or deliver it to the Prescription desk. As mentioned in the new booklet,this practice has a zero tolerance of violence, and violent or aggressive patients will be removed from our patient list.
