The Malthouse Surgery

Welcome To The Malthouse Surgery

photo of the local areaThe Malthouse Surgery, in the centre of Abingdon, was originally built next to some traditional malthouses. It was the first purpose-built surgery in the country and was relocated to be part of the Charter development in 1977. The surgery has been a group practice since it was formed in 1954, and patients benefit by the facilities available to such a practice, providing general medical care to over 20,000 patients.

Dr Timothy Reynolds retired from Malyhouse Surgery on 31st May 2005 after many years - originally joining the practice in October 1978. We as a practice were very sad to see him go, and equally we are sure, he will be missed by all his patients.
